It seems like the store is a colorful Hot Topic (in a good way). Small but good variety of anime (mostly Studio Ghibli) items. I would say 1/2 of the store is pop culture and disney things.
Pricing is alright.”
“The standard sized bottles are pretty pricey, but for I think $8 apiece you can buy small bottles of any of their oils or vinegars that are honestly the perfect size for if you don't want to commit to a huge bottle you may not use before it goes bad. And you can bring the small bottles back over and over to be refilled with anything you want (as long as you clean it ofc)! I did think that it was super classy that they have a heat gun and cellophane shrink wrap to seal the small bottles each time you refill them, that's really smart.”

“This is one of my favorite stores in the mall. Never had customer service like Serenity's. She was kind and knowledgeable on Pusheen which I love love love. She was super helpful and helped us out greatly!”
