“The staff here is always super sweet - The last time I visited, the person at the register overheard my friend and I talking about Quagsire. They asked if we were fans and went to the back to bring out a Quagsire plush that wasn’t on display yet. “Amity Artisan Goods is a store filled with locally made goods from local artists. I stumbled across it while waiting for the max. It smells wonderful inside. There are also tons of accessories and merchandise, such as jewelry, candles, and soaps.”
“Hey, there’s this cool jewelry and gift shop on the second floor of the mall called Golden Horn Jewelry & Gifts. The owner is super friendly and knows everything about the jewelry in the store. The prices are really affordable, and they have so many unique pieces to choose from. I couldn’t decide between a ring and a necklace, but I ended up getting a necklace with a scorpion on it (it was only $14). You should definitely check it out if you’re ever at the mall or nearby and looking for some unique jewelry for yourself or a gift for someone else.”

It’s a great place to find a lil something fun, practical, or a mix of the two. I mostly get gifts for others here, but sometimes I also treat myself. They’ve got shirts, decor, stationary, wrapping paper, plushies, toys, socks, kitchen gadgets, books, jewelry, and more. It’s likely they’ll have at least one thing you or someone you know really likes. At the very least, it’s a fun browse!”

“An absolute gem in downtown Portland. A giftshop with work from local artists and small businesses that is also a record label. You can listen to all the local artists before you buy any records and there are a few worth exploring. In addition, the staff gave me some really good advice about activities in and around Portland. I returned several times. Their location at the airport also has local microbrews at decent prices (that the dowtown location did not have).”

“Love this little place inside Cargo! There always seems to be something new in stock; it makes it hard not to buy at least one new item everytime I pop in. They have the best selection of washi tapes from Japan too...I've already lost count of the number of tapes I've gotten here. My latest purchases also include some adorable stationery, rubber stamps, and a Russian vintage pin. If you appreciate cute, delightful, interesting knickknacks you're bound to find some treasures here.”

“Road To Tibet is my favorite little gem in Portland to find Tibetan treasures and jewelry. the owner is quite possibly the sweetest most hard working woman I’ve ever met, my mom used to work at house of vintage next door so I’ve been going since I was 8 years old, I’m now 21 and the place only gets more beautiful every year, with new items weekly and such a welcoming and warm energy.
