I kept calling Jcpennys jewelry department no answer. I order a ring from there and wondering if it came in. I tired the number on the receipt and another number I found on google. Still no answer I tired different departments still no answer? Is this a JCPenney thing? Does any pick up of work?

We had some confusion on an exchange in women's clothing at the Clackamas Town Center store. Susan Haman stepped in and resolved everything so easily and with such great customer service. She has such a gift with customers and she really cares about the stores satisfaction. I give her a 10 out of 10 for her retail sales satisfaction!

Store is all right. Clean. A bit confusing when trying to find a specific item. Couldn't find an employee to help. Selection could be better. Website great. Found what I wanted online. My purchase came fairly quick. Pleased.

Clean. Decent. Friendly cashiers. Not alot of actual inventory out for display. Was looking for bowties. Didn't find but 2, had to go somewhere else.

Me and my boyfriend went to the store last weekend, with on issue of a set of rings that we bought a few months there. So when we arrived the sales person stared at us in a very bad manner, she look like if she didn’t want to atend us, then when my boyfriend started to explain her the issue she took the rings in a bad way and she dropped one in the floor and she even apologized. She is an old women and she looks like a Latina. We don’t understand why did she treated like that probably because we are Latinos? We like the store but not some of their employees. Because we brought another things and the girl who atend us was so kind and different, her name was Emma.

I have tried calling three times to speak with someone about my card and to do a dispute on purchases made on April 20, 2024. I have not received my card yet and paid for the item I bought 2 pair of pants, 1 Bermuda short and a dress. All my information was taken and since trying to call, I've been hung up on three times. This is very rude to me. I did use my debit card to pay for these items and are not even on my bank statement.
05/09/2024 I called the number provided to me and the lady reported they cannot review purchases made in store. Thanks
