Went to get a new suit and got one of the best deals ever. And a couple of new dress shirts. Great selection in the men's department. The store is very well kept and easy to navigate. Friendly workers as well. Highly recommend.

They have reasonable deals on some of their products but who runs out of bags and expects you to purchase their merchandise especially during the holidays? It’s not my problem as a customer that the store didn’t prepare themselves for more bags. 2 star review.

sadly i had to give at least a star. i would give him a zero. Manager steve. lower case of course because he isn't important as the customers. I have never shopped in this jcpenny because sadly i had to witness him being super rude to many customers. Disrespectful to everyone around him. i gladly wasn't apart of this as i stepped out immediately of the store when he started to be rude to customers for no reason. condescending. he shouldn't be a manager for any reason. he has thrown foul language to his employees as well. WHO HIRED THIS MAN?? if he is a man because he speaks like a dog.

JC Penny as a brand is dead. You can smell it in here. No energy, lifeless and stale shopping experience. We were looking for a food processor and found it. Did a quick check of Bezo’s web site and the exact same model was $69.95 not $200 as it is here. Bye bye JCP. Your time is up.

Security was following me everywhere because I was still in my painter's work clothes. Walkie talkies every few minutes. They decided I was a thief before they could have known how cash much I was planning to spend.Wouldn't tolerate the dude following me to each department after like an hour. Put all my pla purchases on floor looked him in the eye and said good bye, you just cost your store $300 in sales. J****

I visited the store to purchase shorts and have never been discriminated and treated so bad. The cashier Diana refused to speak and say hello although I said it twice to her she ignored me. Trust me I'll never go back and it's obvious she needs retraining in customer service. Giving 1 star as 0 is not an option.

To the management, why are you tricking your customers?Not one, but two racks of identical shirts have the same price sign on the top. However, when checking out a higher price you will be charged. When I asked about it, I was told the prices shown on the top of the shirts are for the items on the other side of the rack (which you can't see from that angle) and not for the shirts you can see under the price sign.So, where in the world do you put the price sign of the items you don't see on the top of the items you see?Hopefully, the prices on the top of your hats are not for the rabbits hiding inside them but for the hats themselves!

Called member services to pay my whole balance and the person on the phone wanted to question me if i was sure. On another note you could hear the wind blowing into the micro phone and i asked if the person could move the mic from his mouth and he said i cant take care of the noise as I'm working at home.. what?? Ill be paying my balance and canceling my card. Reminds me of the clown show that was Kmart…….

They need a remodel very out dated, they have small and older changing room and the handicap one was out of service. Speaking on handicap there automated doors are not very good for handicapped people doors slow to open and had to press two buttons to open both doors makes it tedious and not very welcoming to handicap people. It was extremely hot in the store I was sweating most of the time my wife face was Rosey which definitely means it was warm. I hope things can change and be more welcoming and updated.
