“IncredibleI went to every Jewelry store in the mall first prior, not one had what I was looking for. They had it, I went in knowing what I wanted. I didn’t have to order either. Their customer service was amazing, I was looking for a rose gold chain 20 inch to replace the one I had that was damaged, and tangled from a different store. I needed it to wear my beloved pendant from Tiffany’s. Both women working were incredibly helpful, and had exactly what I was looking for. The chain I got is beautiful. At a great price. No other jeweler even came close to the quality, and chain that I got from them. Plus my old chain they untangled for me, I believe it was the owner, volunteered to untangled it for me, no cost, and gave me a pouch to store it in. I’m highly impressed. From here on out I go there first.I recommend you do so too, they do not disappoint.”

“This evening was a very rare trip into the clackamas tc mall.... my wife and daughters were looking for various types styles and sizes of jewelry and until RIGHT NOW have been unsuccessful in previous 6 outings.. they saw the inventory, we then entered your store and the hunt began......
After about 45 minutes and roughly 152 questions, my wife and daughters FINALLY were able to aquire all sought after pieces of jewelry.
If I may, the two contributing factors that led to this successful trip is.......
First--- INVENTORY. Your vast inventory allows for many different combinations, selections, options and ideas.
Second--- Customer Service. We were in from about 18:15-19:05hrs and had the same young lady helping us. I not 100% sure of her name, I believe it is Dovina or Destiny or Donna, something along those lines. I am 100% positive her name begins with the letter D.
She was SOOOOOO HELPFUL. She truly understands how to talk with and communicate CLEARLY with customers. I'm not sure if anyone will even read this.... I truly hope someone reads this. That young lady honestly has NO idea how much she is appreciated.

“I came in to have my mom’s diamond reset. Chris was so patient and kind when I was trying to make a decision. We found the perfect setting! Chris kept me updated during the process with the goldsmith and called me when they finished days ahead of when they promised. “I had been mulling over getting my 20yo engagement ring set in something more sleek and was saddened when the jeweler we got it from recently closed its doors. So when I found Joe Kassab’s during my google search, I decided to give them a try. They are family owned and I was told, only use diamonds rated on the high end of both measuring scales. The two women working greeted me right away and were very knowledgeable. Suzanne helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the other woman (I didn’t catch her name!) worked with me to get a price we both agreed on for trade in. The kicker, they not only reset my diamond, but also resized my wedding band the SAME DAY!! Their jeweler is onsite, no shipping it out to get work done. Overall, highly recommend, they def know their stuff!”
