“My friends and I came in on a Sunday spontaneously to get piercings and new jewelry swapped out. We didn’t realize until we saw the sign on the door that Sunday is by appointment only. However Astrid was SO nice and was able to fit us in. She let us take our time (and we were pretty indecisive) looking at jewelry and there was zero pressure to buy at all. The whole experience was clean, professional, and informative. I love my new jewelry and I also got my forward helix re-pierced and it was calm and painless! “Is this the best jewelry store in all of Portland? Yes. Yes it is. First of all, they have an incredible selection of both jewelry made by the owner as well as imported jewelry from other amazing artists. They also have a ton of other cool stuff like gorgeous perfumes, candles, trinkets, art, etc. I always find something I love when I go and find it my number one place to shop if I'm looking to get a unique gift for someone. Second, the service is so beyond incredible. The staff remembered so much about me and my husband even though it had been months in between visits. They are all so friendly and helpful. I even had an earring break and they had a replacement created and shipped at no cost. I really have nothing but great things to say. They opened a fine jewelry store behind their main location and I do plan on getting some replacement wedding rings for our anniversary from them because they are gorgeous and, I think, reasonably priced.
