Luis and Eduardo. These guys were prompt, careful, efficient, funny and friendly. They moved the new furniture into our home, put it together for us, (the backs had been removed) and assisted my husband in removing our old set. The old loveseat went into my husbands truck for the dump and the old couch went down to our barn. Luis and Eduardo even carried the couch into the barn for us. A pleasant day and experience working with this company and these two men. Gentle John's is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other moving companies as well.”

“Highly recommend this company!! First off- this company has an extremely reasonable minimum (2 hrs) for a Saturday move. Christian and his team were super careful, easy to communicate with, efficient, friendly. On top of it, they had to deal with moving a treadmill up a flight of stairs through a house with tight corners. A torrential downpour didn’t even slow these guys down. I’ve worked with several moving companies in town and this is the company you want to hire. Amazing team.”

“Better prices than other places, longer access hours, fancy Bluetooth capabilities to open the gates and elevators. I was able to rent a Unit online and move into it the same day even though it was labor day and the office was closed. Fair warning there is a mandatory insurance policy which starts out at $13/month or more for larger coverage. And they require a cylinder lock which costs $25 from them or like $10 online.”

“I couldn't recommend this storage facility more! The employee they have maybe one of the nicest humans I've ever met. I was in a stressful situation and needed a storage unit quick, and a U-Haul, and he was so helpful and so patient. The neighborhood looks pretty sketch, but as soon as you walk into their office, or by the storage units it feels incredibly safe and VERY clean. They also have great security to help you know that your belongings will be safe and taken care of while they are being stored there. As long as I live in Portland I'll always choose this company to store my possessions whenever they need it!”
“Kelsey and Jerry were very helpful. They are thorough in explaining the process to enter and exit the storage areas my sister and I needed to rent recently. They were kind, attentive and courteous. The storage units are clean, secure and safe. When I brought a truck full of my sister’s contents to transfer into the storage units, Jerry was there cleaning the unloading bay. These folks take great pride in their work.”
“We’ve been in our home 42 years. Too much high-maintenance property and increasingly too many stairs prompted us to list our house. 4 days later it had sold. NW Grace Movers was recommended to move our things to storage. Casey, Cody, and Andrew showed up precisely at the scheduled time. They did a quick survey of what had to be moved and then went to work. They worked with unity, practiced efficiency and careful handling. By the time the last piece was loaded on the truck Casey mentioned that we may need to rent an additional space. Not what we had anticipated. But through careful and creative stacking, shifting, and rearranging, everything fit perfectly. As Casey remarked, “It’s like a puzzle in our minds to make the pieces fit.” These guys are master puzzle solvers! When we find our new home, our first call will be to NW GRACE MOVERS. We have changed sizes of storage need on a couple different occasions as our family grew. They run a great place for all that is happening with the houseless and rodent problem in this area. Always clean and if you have any problems they definitely address it with the quickness. As long as they are there we will stay. We where going to change locations for storage because of previous management. But when this team was implemented we gave them a chance and then decided to stay. One amazing team they have there.”
