All was a great experience, although it was my first time doing it this way i was a bit of confusion , but once you read the specific instructions its very simple to navigate. CLEAN and well maintained. 15 ft trailer works very well in tight Happy Valley streets.

Have always had a good experience with uhaul but today while returning the truck I witnessed an employee angry while bringing a truck up for a customer and was angry and floored it through the parking lot because he had no where to park the truck . Very unprofessional

EVERYONE was so sweet and kind to me. The employee who helped me pick it up and help me with mobile pickup and the fellow who was at check in. It was so easy and smooth and the truck handled beautifully. It was actually fun to drive! I wish I could move again so I could Uhaul again! Thank you!
