I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend Imperial Office Solutions for your office hardware needs. Paraphasing the words of Vanilla Ice: "If you got a problem, yo, IOS will solve it!"”

“I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. “I had to send something out via fedex, but I needed a box/bubble wrap/tape....so I went to Office Depot. I also hadn't received my label printer yet, so I needed to print a label. I had no idea I could even do the label there!!
They have two printers set up.
You swipe your debit card, send the thing you need printed to the printer email, and then print!! It was like ¢.25!
So I was able to get the boxes and packing supplies, print the label, then ship it right inside Office Depot!
They have usps & FedEx drop off in store!!

“I called to ask questions about copy/folding services. I don’t use these services regularly, and know little about them, I’m not a big tech savvy person. That said, I began in with my questions, and every answer was so rude and condescending; his tone insinuated that I should know these things. So, I stop asking questions and show up instead. A wasted trip, and added stress. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to at the counter was kind, but the damage was done…eventually I got the order in, they did a great job, and the gentleman I worked with was professional and kind. So, yeah, I could have summed up the whole experience with 2 stars due to some jerk, but too many good interactions and results helped. Oh, the internet program to submit was glitching, and I wound up doing the order twice, that was annoying; but the goodness still overcame all that.”
