“Really fantastic experience. Ordered the wrong stamp, and shot their team an email asking if they could switch it last minute. They did it, zero questions asked. The stamp is beautiful, and I have a long life of Georging ahead of me. Thank you guys!”

“This place is fantastic! We have an old-school electric Corona Smith typewriter, and the owner was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and a great communicator. He fixed it with a smile and good vibes. We drove over 30 minutes to get here, I highly recommend anyone else do the same. We called another store, and they suggested we bring it here. You can buy some typewriters at this store, and the selection is really great just to browse. I almost bought a typewriter just because of the browsing experience. He requested a price that was way too low, he should charge more! Very happy with experience and our trip. We will come back anytime for any typewriter needs.”

“The kindest and most knowledgeable people in the game. I came in looking for a range finder, all of the ones here were out of my price range, but the man helping me showed me what to look for and even gave me the history and technical specs of the cameras in store. You could tell they have a passion for cameras and photography, I can’t wait to come back.”

“I’m so glad places like this exist! No pressure environment, fantastic inventory, saving great equipment from otherwise a landfill. The owner was super nice and didn’t hover at all while we walked around and sat on chairs. I got two great office chairs for the same price I would have paid for a single one at Office Depot, and they were much better quality. Happy to support this business, hope they’re around for a long time!”

“Working with wright flooring was more than I could have hoped for. From start to finish they were on time, professional and clean, not to mention the quality of their work was superior. I don't generally write reviews but I insisted to my wife that I write this review. When you hire people to come into your house that you don't know, you just hope that they are what they say they are. Travis and Brodie were both professional, respectful of our house and did I mention clean? Every day after they finished for the day there was no mess left behind. They didn't just clean up at the end of the day, it stayed clean all day long. Travis communicated to me about what to expect daily and if he saw something that didn't look right he would communicate that to me. They went over and above what was expected in every aspect of the lvp installation. I would give them a 10 star review if that were possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your next flooring job. Thank you Travis and Brodie for an exceptional experience.”

“In a world that is constantly offloading customer service to AI and automation, it's so refreshing to work with a company that still has humans (and ones that are capable and clearly care) at the helm of customer service. The few times I've ever had an issue, I've always had a responsive and quick human interaction with Solutions Yes, and it's so refreshing to me that I'm going out of my way to write a review. Thanks guys!”

“The folks at Pacific Typewriter gave a whole new life to my functional but crud-filled Underwood 5! The keys were very sticky. The caps/tops were corroded. Things that were meant to slide really did not want to. And the amount of crap that dislodged when I first tried typing with it was honestly kind of impressive. It couldn't have been more than 24 hours before my machine was ready for pickup once it reached the top of their queue, and I almost couldn't believe it was the same machine when I saw it! Everything moves so smoothly now :) I will be going to Pacific Typewriter first for all of my future repairs or supplies. Friendly and welcoming people, and exceptional work for an exceptional price. Highly recommend!”

“From the conceptual design and consultation phase with Meri Jo to our office move and installation phase with Alex, I was very pleased with the entire process and communication with them both. Meri Jo provided great design options for our office and worked with us on color and office furniture that worked for us and our budget. Alex's team worked in the evenings and on weekends to get our office set up before staff came back to work. Alex was great in adjusting several cubicle offices and provided on the spot solution and was able to quickly order the fixtures we needed. Thanks so much OIC!”

“We recently worked with Rose City Office Furnishings for our office furniture installation at the Humane Society of Central Oregon and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation crew - Manny, Eric, and Chris - was friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer questions along the way. Carol and Mindy also visited to check on the project, immediately addressing our questions about furniture types and any missing parts. Her responsiveness and attention to detail helped everything come together smoothly. We’re grateful for the team’s professionalism and customer service throughout the process. Our staff is thrilled with the new setup!”

“It was a 100% positive experience from start to finish when my mother brought in some old books with sentimental value to have the pages cut and repurposed as laminated bookmarks. If you want a fair price, excellent quality, quick turnaround, and most importantly friendly & helpful customer service from everyone, this is the place. Thank you!”

“I had such a great experience here today. The person who helped me was truly incredible — patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually took the time to teach me what to look for in a truly ergonomic chair and why it matters. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully, never rushed me, and made the whole process feel informative and relaxed rather than pressured. It was honestly just a really pleasant, human interaction — and I walked away with a solid chair that actually fits my body and needs. If you’re looking for real guidance instead of a sales pitch, I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I had a very positive experience with the staff and products in this store. Despite only being interested in purchasing one item I received excellent customer service. I have a herniated disk and was looking for a chair that will allow me to sit for the long hours my job demands. Those of us with this condition know how painful this can be. The sales person I worked with, Beth, did a great job of finding several products at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this store to others who suffer chronic back pain and must sit for extended periods.”
