“I needed some serious help with getting my phone activated. I tried several times getting help from Verizon's customer service. But, that got me nowhere fast. So, I went to the Verizon store in Brookings to see if they could help. Matthew came to my rescue! Matthew did what customer service could not do. If it wasn't for him, I would have had to drive 100 miles to Verizon corporate to get my phone fixed. Lesson learned: do NOT buy a phone online. In-store ONLY. Thank you, Matthew!! You are my hero!! ?”

“This review is for in-store customer service. Being as I have only been with Cricket Wireless for less than a week, I cannot review my phone service, yet.
My husband and I went into the Brookings, Oregon Cricket location on May 29, 2025, to get new accounts. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Aaron asked what we were looking for. We explained that we needed a new phone for my husband, and help leaving our current service providers. Aaron gave us the information we needed to get from our providers. When we returned, my husbands provider had problems releasing his phone number, Aaron called my husband's provider and helped navigate the release. We were able to get my husband a new FREE phone, have our numbers transferred, and get a service plan we were both happy with.
Aaron was both professional and extremely helpful. He had great knowledge of the service plans available.
My husband is deaf, not tech savvy, and not very patient. Aaron showed patience, and professionalism with the repeated questions, ensuring my husband had a quality experience.
