Nice place to stay. Price was fair. This why the 4 * review. They didn't seem to have a breakfast or offer us one but it says they should have had one. We ate at Haley tavern up the road 5* . We where in town early so tried to check in & even though our room was ready they would have charged us an extra $20 for eRly check in. So we waited.
Rooms: Room is normal best Western. Nice shower, lots of pressure.
Food & drinks: They where supposed to have breakfast. They didn't offer us one, we didn't see one.
Noteworthy details: Denneys is next door. Haley Tavern up the rooad 5*.

The place was very clean, friendly and welcoming.
Rooms: Very clean room service every day. Since covid most of the hotels I stay in only do room service if requested.

Hotel room was nice and clean. I always judge a room by how clean the corners are in a room; if they skip the corners they're probably skipping other things too. This room had clean corners, the tub smelled clean like light bleach, fridge was clean and empty.

Entire hotel is overdue for a full renovation. Many items are worn out and/or outdated. Upon check in front desk staff didn't mention breakfast, the exercise room or even the fresh baked cookies sitting on the counter in brown paper bags. This place is out of town a little bit so bring your snacks etc with you. Bathroom was tiny, had dried urine and hair on the toilet and hair in the shower as well. Very small TV and the A/C blew semi cool air, definitely not cold. Fridge was large and there seemed to be a lack of pillows.

The room was nice but we had no hot water to shower with. There were large groups of people staying all around us from the basketball tournament. I've never Run out of hot water in a hotel before, some of the parents had it happen to them at your hotel last year and they stayed at the Oxford suites this time. I have to stay in hermiston in 2 weeks for another basketball tournament I may look for somewhere else to stay knowing this has happened twice. I also paid more to have the jet tub in the room so we didn't have to be in the hot tub with all the kids down there. We couldn't use it because there wasn't enough hot water. I have stayed at best westerns for years, I travel frequently for work and with my niece for basketball tournaments. I usually have a good experience and I won't let this experience ruin the other good stays I have had with your company. I still may look for another place to stay in 2 weeks since it is another basketball tournament I have to have hot water for my niece to shower in after her day of basketball and shouldn't have to worry if there will be enough hot water for anyone else to shower.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The team working at the hotel was very customer-focused (both front desk and breakfast team members). The breakfast each morning will keep you from starving but it is somewhat limited. They do, though, have almond milk and corn tortillas for folks with dietary restrictions. Vegans, though, will be limited to cereal and/or a banana.

Honestly a nice place. Good location right outside of hermiston down the highway, only a couple miles from north 1st street, which has lots of restaurants, shops, and services. They have good parking for big trucks (minus the potholes in the gravel parking area), literally shares a parking lot with dennys, and they give a coupon for a free drink at dennys and also offer discounts on dennys meals if you show your room key. The room itself is nice, bed made beautifully, and the furniture is nice and in good shape, the bathroom has a door with a lock and the mirror is inside the bathroom, unlike some hotels. There is a minifridge and all the furnishings you'd expect, and the customer service is great, the front desk gave me a water and a cookie, they definitely make you feel welcome. This location of best western is well run and top notch, kudos to the owner(s) for running such a wonderful hotel, there are so many hotels these days that find creative ways to cut corners at the expense of guest sanity and comfort (I've stayed at a number of them that do this, so I speak from experience), this location is not guilty of that and it shows, so THANK YOU for not doing that. Despite being located next to a highway I find it to be extremely quiet and well maintained overall, they also have a variety of facilities for use. The only small thing I noticed is they didn't give me a shampoo bottle or hand soap, only got a body scrub and facial scrub bar, along with conditioner and lotion, but I stay at enough hotels that I have plenty of extras on hand so it was a non issue for me, and I'm sure the front desk would resolve it right away if I had called and let them know. An extremely minor gripe, and isn't worthy of taking a well deserved 5 star review from this location. It's a nice place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was great, but the best part happened when we woke up in the morning and our car wouldn't start, BECAUSE Rosa was on duty and went above and beyond to help us out. We felt so cared for. Major Props to Rosa!!!

I stayed here for two days, unplanned, because was stranded in Hermiston with car problems and ended up stuck for two days. I was overwhelmed and stressed out. Then I met Rosa, at BW-Hermiston.Rosa was INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful. She helped navigate me to a phone reservation so I could redeem BW points towards my stay. I was able to book the king suite with the jetted tub, and she made sure I had everything I needed. She was kind, patient, and compassionate. She needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for her guests.The room was great. It was HUGE. The jetted tub was a delight. The bed was very comfortable and the building, inside and out , was fairly quiet.I will probably have to return to Hermiston in a few weeks to get my car. I am DEFINITELY staying at BW again!
