“I was having issues with my phone service all morning, called and asked for help because I couldn’t get it to work after they gave me instructions on how to reset it. “I came into Verizon. My phone was hacked and full of viruses. I met Omar who is the district manager there in Hermiston. Not only did he make me feel welcomed he calmed me down as I was so afraid to touch my phone. What a experience. Went in scared and walked out feeling so relieved. Amazing 👏 job great asset to the company!”
