“Patricio was wonderful. My son switched me over to his plan and I had so much trouble trying to setup my new iPhone after using a Motorola for so long. I'm still trying to figure out how to use it but Patricio made moving over my contacts and other information so easy. Thank you!”

“I was having issues with my phone service all morning, called and asked for help because I couldn’t get it to work after they gave me instructions on how to reset it. Walked in and Daisy helped me and got it working again in a matter of 5 minutes. Huge thank you to her, was nice, helpful and efficient!”

“I came into Verizon. My phone was hacked and full of viruses. I met Omar who is the district manager there in Hermiston. Not only did he make me feel welcomed he calmed me down as I was so afraid to touch my phone. What a experience. Went in scared and walked out feeling so relieved. Amazing 👏 job great asset to the company!”
