“All representatives that I've dealt with here have been fantastic! Today, Amanda helped us move my phone number from my old phone and carrier to my new Verizon phone. The port department messed everything up, but Amanda was amazing and made sure everything was fixed and all the phone numbers on our plan were the way they should be. She was friendly and efficient and I was so grateful that she was able to fix the mess made by the port department representative that we were dealing with on the phone.”

New phone, in and out, best deals all explained and all costs broke down, easy to understand… I went here after visiting the other location,… Gave the other location a 1 star only because I couldn’t leave them a “0”… Out of the two locations, this is by far the one with the best customer service, no attitude like the other location, very friendly \u0026 honestly made my day better.
