“This past weekend I came down to The Home Depot in Hermiston and I was helped by a young lady named Carson and a gentleman named Sonny. I had a small kitchen project this weekend that involved me buying three kitchen panty cabinets. Sonny helped me locate all the cabinets the store had on hand, and Carson was able to help me purchase the remaining cabinets from the nearest stores in the area (Richland). The customer service I received by these two individuals is the reason why I will continue to come back here.”
“After asking multiple employees to help locate an item that you guys had in stock, one stood out. Shannon, you guys need to double her salary. This store cannot afford to lose such an employee. She spent multiple hours searching throughout the whole store to find what I needed. She truly needs to be rewarded for her kindness. These type of people are truly rare to find. PLEASE give her a raise. I have never seen a worker so dedicated to her job.”
