I want it to a trade in several phones and I received the messages that they don’t have a system, they asked me to call Att customer service. I called att representative and they said they are not part of att so they asked me to leave to make this phone call outside because they are waiting for more customers - no one were there . Bad experience, unreasonable behavior, lack of empathy due I am new client . They treat bad to customers . You should me trained better

I don’t think At&T cares about customer service. They never have enough staff in their stores! Visiting the dentist is a better experience than coming to the store.

Absolutely tge worse company to deal with. Always a freaking billing problem, or they added a line without telling you. Anytime we have gone in there ir is 2 hour minimum with someone who has no clue what they are doing and you end up getting screwed. This last time it took 5 hours yes I am serious 5 hours!! They r the most expensive provider out there. We finally after years and years of things progressively getting worse left!! Do yourself a solid go somewhere else

I had a bad experience with one of the ATT stores in beaverton a couple of days ago. Stayed seated and only got up when asked about a case. All his answers were I needed to contact customer support to get it working saying they didn't do that there.
Went to the one in Hillsboro today. It was totally different experience. OSCAR greeted
me right away and did all that he could to get my phone going. There were a couple of things he couldn't though. All in all he did an outstanding job.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff lack training on any information pertaining to upgrades, credits, discounts, and insurance. I get the run around from this retail store, corporate, and customer service. Nobody seems to know what their doing. I feel completely ripped off by this store. Nearly $800 a month for my bill when I was told I was signing a contract for $240 a month by associate Antony. It's been a year now and my issues have not been resolved.

Amazing service by Dom and his team. Dom provided exceptional and professional service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Guided us step by step during the entire process of buying a new phone. Great job Dom.
