Went in expecting little help. Was very pleasantly surprised. Clerk's name was Edgar. Watched him turn 2 disgruntled clients into happy customers by the time they left. He was pleasant, respectful and helpful. With his help both of the issues I came in with were 100% solved. Thank you Edgar
