If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff lack training on any information pertaining to upgrades, credits, discounts, and insurance. I get the run around from this retail store, corporate, and customer service. Nobody seems to know what their doing. I feel completely ripped off by this store. Nearly $800 a month for my bill when I was told I was signing a contract for $240 a month by associate Antony. It's been a year now and my issues have not been resolved.

Amazing service by Dom and his team. Dom provided exceptional and professional service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Guided us step by step during the entire process of buying a new phone. Great job Dom.

Recently had a new phone on order and Dom and Angel were as helpful as can be! I always appreciate people who are kind, patient, and honest, something that these two gentlemen exemplify. I will come back for any future phone needs!

Dom was so helpful when opening a new account and ordering my new phone. He is very knowledgeable and provides support where needed. I had a difficult time porting my number. There were issues with my previous provider not releasing my current phone number. Dom worked with us for a couple weeks and went beyond measures in helping us resolve the issue. Gratefully, it was a success. He was a piece of home away from home that made the whole process smooth and easygoing despite the challenges along the way.

Lillian was amazing! We had some issues with an order from another store, and she worked with us for over a week figuring out how to resolve our issue and she even held a phone for us till we could finally add it to our account.She went above and beyond to help us out and understand what was happening throughout the process.

Traded in a Galaxy S21+ back in 2022 for the trade in deal and was told I'd get $800 credit. It turns out it doesn't apply to my plan, so they apparently just stole my phone and won't do anything about it.*EDIT* Was able to speak with the manager and get things escalated and should be resolved soon, will update rating more when its finished, but I'm feeling better about the situation. *EDIT*

Lillein Treated me like I was crazy didn’t treat me like a good customer didn’t help fix what I needed and left me feeling like I was interrupting her day. She was rude didn’t try to help fix a problem that the mobile department messed up and just very disappointed in how I was treated . I seriously thought I would love at and t but I hate it. After she was so condescending to me she then tried to sell me an internet package. Clearly she is only working there for sales she doesn’t represent the company yet she is what was.

If I could give a negative to this store and to at&t all together I absolutely wouldn't hesitate! Worst mistake contracting in with thus crap service. And the people that work in some locations, shouldn't be working customer service at all. Don't do it!

I walked in and they were busy. I understand that. I looked at tablets and for security can't pic anything up. After 10 minutes a staff member addressed an elderly lady that she would gave to wait and said nothing to me. I left.

I am thankful to the two employees who were working when I needed assistance charging my dead phone. This small community center is welcoming to all. Probably one of my worst days in a while was partially righted by grace of kind honest people. ? ?

Shady business, beware of them!! Went to upgrade old phones and was told we could get free upgrades but, the phones wouldbe sent to our home, and to come in with the new phones to be activated by them. We did, they said we DON'T have to give them our old phones (even though it was a turn in).They charged us an activation fee 300.00 , & 2,000 for new phones!!!!

Very friendly and outgoing! The manager and employees are amazing. I went in to switch over from Verizon and get a new phone they were super helpful, gave me exactly what I want. Overly great store.

If I was able to give this store a zero then I would. I have had AT&T for a very long time and my wife and I have gone to this store many times and every single time we go to this store we end up with extra charges and extra phone lines added to our bill and when we need it fixed they send us to another store or have us call AT&T directly which they say that they need us to go to the original store, so its just a run around between departments and still no resolution.Plus every manager that I have talked to and called has said they will call back and never does, so this business is worthless.

Trent helped me out and I am content with his exceptional costumer service. Will recommend anyone to go out to TV Highway AT&T for their mobile need.
