“Okay, how to start this review? Let's see....
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to First Community Credit Union for being an outstanding institution and having exceptional employees who demonstrate empathy and generosity. Real quick, I'm going to summarize what happened, and maybe y'all just got y'all's self a new customer too. So the day of yesterday, 09/22/25, I had one of the worst days ever; the last thing I needed was my car to stall. ( I ran out of gas ) And I went to this bank and asked if I could leave my car there while I looked for gas, they were so nice and concerned about me, Two of their tellers helped me push my car further inside their parking area so it won't interfere with customers trying to park their car in the bank's parking lot. Anyhow, long story short, every one of those employees was generous, caring, and compassionate. I want to give a shout out those those two employees who helped with a push and made sure I was alright. Thank you so much for everything. Do I recommend this bank to anyone? Yes, yes, I do recommend this bank to anyone. They will put you first and care for you, treat you like family. Thank you for everything”

“We just closed an investment home working with Ruby Manihani. By far the smoothest loan process ever was with Advantis or in other words with Ruby. From the get go, she was very prompt and diligent in screening us for paper works and once that phase was over and our eligibility was determined, there was no looking back. She was super quick and prompt in getting our pre - approval for our bid offers (even on weekends and late evenings)and this really helped us getting our offers quicker and to our advantage. Not just that, she was very kind and responsive to all my questions back and forth throughout the journey like a friend, I could just pick up the call and talk to her. My own agent was very impressed working with her as we had a time crunch to finish the closing in 21 days, she said she can do it and she did it. The whole process was breezy and infact we did not get any surprises on loan rates, or any hidden clauses ever , it was very transparent, as promised and worked to our fullest advantage. I would love to go back to her for our future investment homes.”

“Every time I am afforded the privilege to make my business’ bank deposits at this BofA location, I genuinely look forward to visiting and chatting with the tellers and management team at this location. It is rare to find such a high standard of customer service in the banking industry these days. BofA at a large level has suffered recent reputation injuries, but this branch alone single-handedly shows that it’s about the people on the ground, not those at the C-Suite, that make the biggest difference.

I am particularly impressed with the quality of management and the cohesion of the team at this branch. I’ve taken some of the things that I’ve seen and learned from this location’s Manager and had an extremely successful implementation of these management tactics in my business.

“Very helpful and professional staff at this branch. I could not find any other way to review their Auto Loan processing department so I am writing it here.[First time] I applied online to buy back my leased vehicle in 2019, my application was refused for reason that some doc was missing and there was no recourse to submit that doc after the fact. And they refused to reopen the loan app after I had found the doc the next day. So I said whatever to myself and got the loan approve within a week with another bank.[Second time] I applied online again just last week for another lease buy back and they approved my loan within a week. During this time, no loan disclosure docs explaining terms and interest rate etc were shared with me. I got a call yesterday asking me to sign the loan documents in this branch and when I ask the caller about the "missing" loan disclosure she said I could see it when I would go to the branch. When I insisted to look at the loan terms ahead of walking into the branch, she said "I could just verbally tell you now". I asked her "Just simply tell me the interest rate" and she gave me an outrageously high number. I immediately requested her to withdraw my loan app. Within hours I walked into another of their competition and got my loan approved the same day with a very attractive interest rate.Key Bank should definitely work on their Auto Loan process if they want to increase their presence in this business.”

“I’m disappointed with the misleading advice given by a banker at your Orenco Station branch. I was told that switching to a Smartly Saving account would earn a higher interest rate than Market Savings, but it was never mentioned that I would lose the interest from my closed Market Savings account.

I trust my bank to provide clear and honest guidance—not just push accounts to meet sales goals. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Due to this experience, I am considering moving my funds (more than $300K) to another bank.

We called every bank to see if we could get into the PPP through them. We were turned away by every bank except KeyBank. They are the reason that our business was able to survive the pandemic. We are truly grateful to KeyBank for actual being there to help local small businesses!”
