“For many years I've had this shop do work on a 2011 Outback and 2021 Outback, for both general service, troubleshooting and installation of a lift on a brand new car. Each person I've worked with has been pleasant, information and helpful. They recently gave advice to me that was against their best interest as a shop when they discovered some engine issues in my car (could have advised I had work done but suggested I do not).
I plan to take any Subarus I have to them in the future, as done my son with the 2011 model even though he lives in Portland.”

“Did you think I would forget what you did to my Mazda CX7? In 2022, i brought my car into your service department for a check engine light was on. You had to order parts. I waited a little over month. The parts came in. Your test drove it. The car stopped. Started smoking, then caught fire. Destroyed the car! This information came from the Fire Department Report I obtained in October. You are not man enough to tell me what happened to the car. The Technician told the FD that the gas hose kept popping off. Kept popping off. That tells me more than once. Why are you driving a vehicle with a gas hose popping off? I remember the RM would not talk to me about what happened. So every year I write a review to remind you what you did to my car.”
“These guys are the real Deal!! What was turning into a nightmare turned out to be a blessing when I thankfully brought my Vehicle over to these Mechanics after two other places could not figure it out. “My 2009 Honda Pilot encountered some issue and it start to flash the check engine light, VTM-4, and VSA. So I have it towed to Good News Auto Service. Ting did a good job to find out the problem, fix it, and charged a very reasonable price. He could have sold me much more services, as my car was not drivable. But he was honest. For this, he earned my business today and tomorrow, and for all my other cars. Highly recommended.”

“It’s hard to find a trustworthy repair shop these days, so I was skeptical about trying a new place. However, my daughter has had several repairs done at Clay’s and always had a great experience, so she recommended them to me. I had been using the same mechanic for many years, but I decided to give Clay’s a shot for an oil change.
I was definitely not disappointed! Setting up an appointment was quick and seamless. They were actually much more thorough than my usual spot, and the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend Clay’s for any routine maintenance or auto repairs. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!”

“Tim at ColorAll exceed all expectations! My 2009 Honda CRV has some clear coat issues on the bumper and roof. Everyone except ColorAll either didn't want to fix it or wanted too much to fix it. Tim explained that he couldn't just fix the clear coat, the whole area would need to be repainted as well. After completing the work, Tim showed me where he matched the color. It is spot on. I'm more than satisfy. Now, I'm noticing the hood and other areas of the car are starting to exhibit clear coat issues. I know exactly who can fix it! I'll be back, Tim!”
