“I have recently relocated to Hillsboro for job. My MB ML 250 Bluetech oil change was past due. It was difficult to find a reliable shop to change diesel engine oil. Kyle arranged one hour time slot for this oil change just before Thanksgiving. Appreciate his customer focus support in this family time. So Chris and Kyle provided MB ML250 Bluetech oil change and several point check services in an hour. WOW!!! In addition, thanks for allowing me to watch Kyle and Chis performance. Usually, dealer shop takes half day/a day to complete oil change so ridiculous!!! (9am drop off-5pm pick up). Now I guess MB dealer shops intentionally extend their service time to charge more $$$.These are several areas I am very satisfied with Accelerated Automotive LLC's services.1. Knowledge transfer: 5 stars (good to know about my car)2. Quality of technical service: 5 stars (I can't complain about their service.)3. “I usually do all my own maintenance, but I’m working in Oregon temporarily and have no access to tools. I wanted to find a trustworthy independent shop instead of some quick lube. After reading the reviews I gave AAC a shot. Glad I did! Fantastic service! Took my new to me Miata in for an oil change. Kevin is a great guy and Mandish went above and beyond when he found that my skid plate mounting screws had fouled the threads in the chassis from previous service. He ran a tap through them and replaced all 6 screws. Any franchise shop would be in too big a hurry and would have ignored that or worse, not mount the plate properly. Trust the guys! They’re good and affordable!”

Best part is they didn't even charge me for it. They could've easily lied and said they found a leak and fixed it but I trust that good honest work was done. I had a failed starter on my car and walked over to his shop where he was working on someone else's vehicle, told me he would meet me back at my car and he came and helped me remove these retaining bolts that mount the starter to the engine that were locked on there. It was a huge inconvenience for me, but he got it done in no time and I was back on the road ? This guy will get the job done at a fair and decent price. Honest, reliable, and dedicated to his customers.”

“My wife's car got hit in the right rear corner and it broke the tail light and buckled the quarter panel a bit, and some other damage. We were looking for a place to get it repaired and found Caliber. They were not far away, and have good reviews. My wife was very upset because her car was never in an accident and is in very good shape for an older car, but she really loves her car. We put our trust in Caliber and waited patiently through the process. Caliber kept us updated every step of the way which was very reassuring. They let us know when parts were being ordered, when they arrived, when the car was in a body repair technicians hands, and when it was finished. I showed up to inspect the car because I have been around auto body work and I wanted to check it before accepting the work. To my surprise, the car looks better now than it did before it got hit! I cannot believe how well they matched the paint and how perfect the gaps are. I told the representative there (a tall guy, the name escapes me) that I wanted to check the car, and then let my wife know if its good for her to pick up on lunch because she would have to drive the rental car to enterprise first, and then I planned to bring her to the shop to get her car so she can go back to work. He offered to let her just bring the car to the shop and they will get it back to enterprise for us. That was such a nice service as it is very challenging to be shuttling cars around when my wife and I work very different schedules and a good distance from each other and where we live. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the care and attention to detail that went into the car repair, but also into the customer service side as well. Everyone we talked to at Caliber was friendly, professional and courteous. And they went out of their way to ensure the process was as stress-free as possible for us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for vehicle damage repairs. I may bring my project vehicle in for some paint work after this experience.”

“I was looking to buy my first new car and my wife and I had two Mazdas previously. Based on our satisfaction with those cars I wanted a Mazda, but we used Royal Moore this time around and I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with them.Brandon Selnau and Fernando Morales were great! As I was looking through different models online Brandon communicated with me, even took a video of one car I had in mind before I even got to the dealership.Fernando was great showing me trims and test driving with me on Brandon's day off so I could zero in on the car I wanted. Next day I decided to buy and Brandon rushed in on his day off to go through everything with me.It was my first new car so they walked me through everything and kept me comfortable while I waited for paperwork and all of it. I never felt pressured to buy any extras or add-ons, what I felt was informed of my choices and that my deal was tailored to my budget, future plans, and my current needs. Everyone was over-the-top polite, patient with me and my questions, and every dept introduction was courteous and professional.My father tagged along just for his entertainment seeing his son buy his first new car and compared to many of his previous buying experienced he was really impressed with how it all went for me.Can't say enough about Brandon and Fernando and everyone I interacted with at the dealership. “We called this morning bc one of our work trucks (old as the hills) was leaking fluids. They said they could look at it in the morning. We dropped it off the same day for ease and got a call just a few hours later saying that it was an easy fix, just a loose pan, but we’ll need front brakes soon but have a couple months left depending on how many miles we use.These guys rock! We fully expected major problems and subsequently, a huge bill! But neither happened. I went in to have my alternator replaced an fix oil leaks. An then I had some major crank shaft oil leaking issues that turned into a serious problem. But they stood by me an even paid for a rental car to get me thru. Everything was great when I picked it up. But in a few days my radiator blew. Took it back an they fixed it with no charge!
