We took our 7 year old to Claire’s for her first ear piercing and it was a great experience! Heather was so kind and patient and walked our daughter through every step. Our daughter needed a few extra minutes to work through some anxiety and we never felt rushed or pressured. Very happy with our experience!

I took my 92 year old mom to this location to get her ears pierced. The girl working there did a great job. She was very professional and kind. She was very thorough about explaining the procedure and gave clear instructions on how to care for the piercing afterwards. Great job!!
