“My wife and I upgraded her wedding ring under the Fred Meyer Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan and everything went really well. We were only in town for a little over a week, so we gave them a tall order. We dealt with Andrea and April (store manager) and their customer service was top notch. Andrea ordered in some high-quality diamonds for us to look at. My wife picked out a nice 1.25 ct diamond solitaire and then they sent it out to be mounted into a six-prong, channel setting. We are super happy with the ring!
