“Very professional and cordial customer service from the second I entered the store! I needed my Movado and husband’s Seiko watch batteries to be replaced. Normal procedure requires 2 days drop off. My husband’s, the gasket for his watch needed to be replaced and recommended to be properly serviced and sealed at Seiko Factory for proper repair/replacement for pressure leaks etc. So, as I was working on the required documents, the manager was very considerate having few minutes to spare, he offered replace my battery! I leave on a flight in less than 24 hrs, and thought I was going to fly feeling naked without wearing my watch! (most ppl know what I’m talking about;) ) Wish I’ve gotten his name! Overall, with my gabbing … my first visit and impression was an outstanding experience and I would recommend the business!Mahalos Nui Loa!”
