While assembling a new stationary exercise bike, we discovered that we were missing a piece due to manufacturer error. Brent and another gentleman helped us salvage the missing piece off the floor demo model. We had excellent customer service.

We had a great experience, as always. Javier was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend and show us several shoe options that fit our needs. Even while helping multiple customers, he answered all our questions thoughtfully and made sure we felt taken care of. Highly recommend this store!
