“Sierra in Tanasbourne is consistently great every time I go in. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping there a good experience.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, from the employees on the floor to management. You can tell they take pride in the store. It’s my go-to spot when I need outdoor gear or clothing. Highly recommend!”

This particular location has by far the most customer service focused employees than any other that I have experienced. “Excellent service with quality work. While military uniforms are not their main sales, they were able to add patches EXACTLY the way I requested. They were also able to hem new dress pants (maybe cut them too as they were way too long). I had provided the length I wanted and had another person drop them off. I was a bit busy to walk in for measurements, but the pants fit just right!”
“I want to give a major shout out to Shabrea at the Famous Footwear in The Esplanade (Forest Grove, OR). She gave us the best customer service I’ve ever had at a retail store in my 45 years on this planet. I was so moved by her attention to us that I came back the next day to get her name and ask if there was a way to give her recognition, but she said no because she was an assistant manager. So I’m doing a google review in hopes that she and anyone she works for sees this. And to any other customers I’m sure you will find her service as welcoming, helpful and kind as well. In general, I’ve only had good experiences at this location, but Shebrea is a solid employee and you are lucky to have her.”
“This young gentleman by the name of Sandy at Dick’s Sporting Goods provided truly outstanding customer service. I came in not knowing much at all about what softball gear my daughter needed, and Sandy was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident with her choices.
He even encouraged us to take our time using the batting cage to test the equipment, which showed how much he genuinely cares about helping customers. Sandy went above and beyond, and because of him, our experience was stress-free and enjoyable. Dick’s Sporting Goods is lucky to have him!”
