I had an online order for some shorts on clearance get canceled due to lack of inventory. Online customer service told me to pound sand. I called this store and spoke with Dustin. He took care of it and got me the shorts I ordered at the price i paid. Dicks sporting goods is lucky to have people like Dustin and I will be back to buy more running gear because of him.

A young-man I have seen there before with medium-length hair saw me come in with my 3 boys years 6 and under and immediately came to me to ask if I needed help. He went above and beyond offering to help me find the right sizes for all of their equipment for baseball this year. I appreciate it SO much, and got everything we needed in one trip! thank you so much!

I recently purchased a bicycle for my 10 year old and on her 3rd ride the chain came off the sprocket after they looked it over for her specifications. Usually no big deal but we wher at the park and that ended our day. I called and all they could say is that they would adjust it. thanks for nothing...

I was a happy customer here until I attempted to return a pair of Nike Air Monarchs. I had bought a pair of this exact shoe from this exact store that was PERFECT. A year later I needed a replacement pair, asked for my size (12 wide) bought it, and noticed after the fact that the shoes were tight. I wore the shoes for a couple days before giving up trying to break them in. After some reading online, I learned that there are multiple different "wide" Nike shoe sizes and they had sold me the wrong one; my old pair was a 12 wide with a "E" width, but I bought a 12 wide with a "D" width. Two weeks after I purchased the shoes, I drove from my house in McMinnville to Hillsboro, handed them the receipt, and was told that I could not return the shoes because they were worn. They were not torn or scuffed. I explained that I had tried to break this pair in, before I realized that they sold me the wrong pair. They would not accept this return and they have lost a customer for life. I loved my old pair of shoes and they are the only store within an hour that sells them. Their loss!

Not happy with the professionalism of the staff working the registers. The customer is always right, they turned away a return of an item that was faulty. I will take the issue up with customer service and I will not shop at this location again
