I was shipping a photobooth to CA and accidentally gave Shondra the wrong address but didn’t noticed until I was in my car. Had to go back in and she was super patient, kind, and understanding with the whole process. Definitely a great experience to what felt like a scary one at first :).
Antonio was so kind and helpful. The self printing station is fine but I wish the code they send you to print would come faster. I went grocery shopping next door at Trader Joe’s and was done when the code came through. Other than that it’s a great FedEx with good customer service.
