“Melanie was kind, friendly, and professional. When I didn’t realize I needed a printed return label rather than a QR code she stepped in and helped me. We need more people in service like her. Give her a raise!!”

“Did such an amazing job building the crate and packaging my 6ft wide Longhorn skull, which is a treasured family heirloom. I dropped it off in Hillsboro and arrived to my apartment building’s package room in Brooklyn with no damage, which was impressive because it has some fragile pieces. Took about 2 weeks to get across.”

“There was an assistant manager in training and he was very helpful. I was able to plug in my phone and print out my PDF in minutes and there was no wait time, although I had just missed the rush. I was able to get my envelopes and get everything done quickly as I was on a time crunch. I had a good, quick experience. Cheap too.”

“I am speaking on behalf of the print and copy services. I have been in with random.projecra and questions for various non-profits, volunteer PTOs, and personal projects. Every time I call, email, or go into the store the staff is kind, friendly, not impatient and EXTREMELY helpful. Even going so far as to call and ask for a receipt from an order earlier in the year, they were kind and patient and happy to help. I am happy to return to them time and again as I really appreciate their customer service and quality of work.”
