Horrible staff, horrible customer service. By far the worst GameStop store in the area. Would not accept my return even though I have my receipt and with in the grace period. I also had a preorder and did not have my copy.

Said that they would be open until 5:00 pm and I get there at 4:48 and they just closed, tho he did say he would stay if I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know what I wanted I was just going to look at games

Hours state they open at 10:00AM. Sat outside until 10:14AM. They did not open and dud not answer the phone. Do not say you are open at a certain time and then make people wait.

Had bought Pokémon expansion pack for Scarlet and Violet from this store for kid. Salesperson had told me and kid wasn't a difference for expansion packet and if bought one you unlocked both. Found out that was not true and ended up going to different store where Salesperson knew what they were doing and explained expansion packs did need to be bought separately.//Summer 2023Next and more complaints. Had pre-ordered a game(Avatar) from here and was never contacted when it was released. I waited a few days just incase store was delayed by late delivery before calling to check. When I called I was put on a 20 minute hold then told game did come in but they sold out fast and had to wait for another shipment. I pre-ordered game months in advance so asked why I never got contacted like normal. Response gotten was just they hold games for 48hrs and then people can order it from online. I did callback later to see if game was still there as I cannot drive due to recent surgery and needed wife to pick-up the game. Sounded like same salesperson from before answered phone and if could put me on hold where I replied, no. Salesperson then puts me on hold for a few minutes. My question was if they had sold game yet or still holding, luckily it was still there.I have one last game left here on pre-order and will do my best not to shop here due to current staff.

Went to return a new ps5 controller and the manager said he couldn’t accept it that he would give me store credit because the box was a lil dirty. That guy shouldn’t be a store manager horrible customer service and a negative vibe. I cleaned the box and went to the Hillsboro store and no problem there. Never going to that store again. Customer service goes a long ways.

I’m very disappointed with the service I got, I was sold a product that was not in stock and then when I went to get a refund I was then told I couldn’t buy the product because I wasn’t a member. Poor service and they guy was very rude

Was forced to purchase a gamestop subscription just to buy a console! It's absolutely ridiculous! And the Employee made me feel like I was bothering his online surfing time! I will never go back to gamestop!

It is my experience that every time I go to GameStop, if I don’t buy the membership they offer me each time, I am met with unpleasant comments and attitude. Not a big deal, I don’t take it personal. I simply don’t care enough.Today, however, it left me speechless. Benjamin at this particular store asked if I had a membership. I answered that I didn’t and that it’s ok because I wasn’t interested. He asked me if I knew what the membership did, and I said yes. To that he said that from now on I should only buy online and do store pick up because if I came to the store without a membership, it hurts the store so I should consider not coming to shop unless I order online. That is probably the most ridiculous thing I have heard anyone say.

Online says they have items in stock then go to the store to purchase and their out of stock. Then the dude and chick working there are worthless saying they can't help you. Im definitely not giving them my business again.
