Said that they would be open until 5:00 pm and I get there at 4:48 and they just closed, tho he did say he would stay if I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know what I wanted I was just going to look at games

Online says they have items in stock then go to the store to purchase and their out of stock. Then the dude and chick working there are worthless saying they can't help you. Im definitely not giving them my business again.

This is the biggest gamestop I've ever been in. The guy with the shaved head and the girl that worked there suggested some good games for my kid since I don't know much about the switch and just got one. If you want good customer service this is a good place to go for games or pokemon cards
