David was extremely helpful from the start and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He made several thoughtful suggestions and even followed up by emailing me a list of games with links so I could review them before coming into the store. That extra effort made it much easier for me to choose something that fit what I needed. I was able to pick a game I really like, and I’m looking forward to going into the store soon to meet David in person and make the purchase.
