My phone broke so I got a new phone. Went into the store to activate my phone. Ended up getting over charged on purpose. It's $25 to activate not $30 I was charged. I called the corporate office and they said on my account he put I paid $25 in cash, but that's not so I paid $30 my card. So I go down there and talk to the manger. He didn't even care that I was intentionally over charged. I get it's only $5 but it's the principle. I have been a Metro PCS customer for years and always paid my bill on time. But this is how is get treated. It's unacceptable you don't treat customers like this.

Guy wanted to charger me $80 cash to call the Metro PCS line to cancel a phone line??? I ignored him walk out went to a metro pcs aloha location asked the ladies there the same thing they didn't ask for money simply call the metro pcs line to cancel a line that's it. Way more professional at the aloha location doesn't feel like I'm getting scammed every time I walk in.

This is the absolute absolute worst store I have ever been to. Instead of helping me they try and over charge. The could care less about the. Customer and it is very clear. Also the insents they feel the need to burn smell horrific. You shouldn't gag standing in the store from the smell. I will never go back again.

I'm really grateful for the guys that run this place. They were very helpful and helped me save money and helped feel I had made the right choice seeing them.

I'm the first person to ever come in with a broken phone!!!!
They keep telling me to call 611 on my phone. It's broken. Oh sorry we can't help you. Also the whole time I was dealing with them they had people on speaker phone listening to the whole transaction. My pin, my #, My name, etc. That can't be legal or safe for my info. I Call customer service they say go to the store with your ID. I do and they say I have to call 611. The way I was treated felt very very illegal. The whole vibe in the store is very sketchy, even down to the security guard. Boost and Cricket are just across the street go there, really. I ended up having to buy a super cheap barely works phone to just call 611!!! In which I called to get my info to transfer my account. I was in tears. I got hung up on 5 Times. They said they were sending texts and didn't. It felt like a scam. A phone company should be able to help with a broken phone. But I guess I'm the first

The 2 kids working at this place are scammers I believe. I ordered the $50 plan and bought a phone for 85yr grandpa and the dude said oops I accidentally put you on the $65 plan and to late to change it
