Metro by T-Mobile provides good customer service with very kind and attentive staff who are helpful to customers. They help save money and fix issues, sometimes for no charge. Many strongly recommend going into the store. However, there have been recent issues with store opening times being late. Also, for a non-binary customer, there were issues with using correct pronouns and being seen for who they are.
You know I'm really happy with these guys here at Metro over on 10th and they're awesome.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees. They've gone above and beyond multiple times to help me out when I've had issues with my bill or my mobile device itself and I recommend going to this location for your service.

Sajid was extremely helpful I had no idea how to transfer contacts photos anything, he patiently took the time to make sure all my stuff was transfered and my phone was set up before I left the store with apps and biometrics ect.
