Metro by T-Mobile provides good customer service with very kind and attentive staff who are helpful to customers. They help save money and fix issues, sometimes for no charge. Many strongly recommend going into the store. However, there have been recent issues with store opening times being late. Also, for a non-binary customer, there were issues with using correct pronouns and being seen for who they are.
Sajid was extremely helpful I had no idea how to transfer contacts photos anything, he patiently took the time to make sure all my stuff was transfered and my phone was set up before I left the store with apps and biometrics ect.
