I took my dog to PetSmart grooming for a bath. At the store, the staff very tersely told me that my appointment was not at their store. I made the appointment through the national phone number and they had given me the wrong address. I drove to the correct location. As I was pulling into the parking lot I got a call, again from a very unhappy person saying if you’re not here in three minutes I have to cancel your appointment. I explained what happened and told her I was parking right then. I went in, and was greeted by another terse, unhappy person. No one at this place seemed happy. I had been told on the phone that the appointment would take two hours. When I got there, she said “Oh I have a lot of dogs to do. It’ll be four hours.” When I didn’t hear from the groomer in hours I called. I could not call directly to Grooming, I got a store clerk. She checked and said it would be another hour. I said no, I was told two hours, then I was told four. This can’t go on. I got a call from a manager 20 minutes later. He said it will be another hour and I said no, that means you would be at five or six hours. I will be there at 3pm. At 3:15 I went in to get my dog. The manager was waiting for me in the Grooming section and he brought my dog out to me. She was terrified, totally stressed out, and what I didn’t know until I got home, soaking wet. While the outer layer of fur was dry. Her undercoat was soaking wet. I think what they did is they gave her a bath, didn’t really dry her, stuck her in a kennel with a blower on her. When we got home, she drank so much water clearly they didn’t give her even a drop of water during the day. It’s a serious problem that owners cannot see the kennel area of the Grooming department. That should be transparent, such as behind glass and doors, owners should be able to see where their animals are being kept. This was a terrible experience. The manager didn’t charge me for my dog’s bath. It doesn’t make up for what I see as mistreatment. They have unlicensed people doing baths, which is fine, but they clearly don’t know how to properly do that. They knew it was going to be a Belgian sheepdog. They should’ve known that they have to hand dry many dogs with a hairdryer, like most competent Grooming businesses. Run away from these people. Not at all a good place.

Jamie Lynn is the absolute best! My golden retriever is a huge baby and she takes such good care of him. She is friendly and attentive, she makes sure he feels comfortable, and she is so pleasant to work with. I always book with her if I can!

Went in around 8:15pm to look at a few fish, browsed for a few then daughter had to use the restroom. By the time we got back they refused to get any fish for us because it was just past 8:30pm. Employee was very rude and quick to say she couldn't help us because she was off the clock and turned around to tell another employee who was already trying to help us, not to, because they stop doing any sort of pet service after 8:30pm.

I come here all the time to repair my 55 gallon fish tank, get fish, and cat food. They have a HUGE selection of fish. They have some small animals in cages that you can look at.The only bad thing about this store is how there is crickets all over the place. They have crickets in bags to buy but they are packaged so poorly that there is crickets everywhere. If you do not like crickets, I advise you to stay away from the fish section of the store.

Denise the manager on duty was rude when we ask to help us to get a little bird for my daughter birthday she refuse and said no, she claim that didn’t have the people to do it, but she was lazy doing nothing. Really disappointed experience and sad for my daughter
