Very hard to talk to a staff member, the phones just ring and ring. Aditionally it takes them longer than other pharmacies to fill perscriptions. I assume staffing shortages

Rite aide pharmacy is extremely slow, don’t communicate, customer service is terrible. Been trying to transfer everything and they have been a hassle to deal with and pushing off transferring my medications after 3+ request and now my medication is getting close the refill and still dodging me. I have been a customer of this Rite Aid branch for 20 plus years. The staff has always been extremely professional and very helpful. My thanks to all.
