Pharmacist was late and didn't have the prescription ready after I was told it would be done the previous day. This keeps happening and it's just negligence at this point.

They never ever answer the phone under any circumstances. They also love to halt an Rx refill and message to call them. So, no choice but to go in person to straighten anything out. Abysmal.
