Hit or miss. Sometimes people are nice and helpful, sometimes you get completely ignored - I guess the downside of being middle aged. I will go here if I can't order it from Nordstrom/make it there.

CC was incredibly kind and helpful at the store. I recently had surgery and am using a cane to walk and they assisted me with getting products and we’re just super kind. I think that they deserve recognition for their kindness and their great work ethic.
