I went there for the first time to pick up a birthday gift which was only available for only in-store pick up!The staffs were friendly and very nice and the whole store smiled so good! ?

April 2023- Had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff was rude and didn’t seem to bother to answer or help me find what I was looking for. I had to ask multiple people to help me find a foundation. When I asked if I could get a sample for a new product I wanted to try, they acted as if I had for a free product.

Brandon was incredibly kind and helpful and efficient! They color matched me for the Ilia product that I’ve been thinking about purchasing and also set me up with incredible spf and moisturizer recommendations. I love this location and how conveniently located it is

I love sephora In general. I believe they have a great selection of items. Unfortunately they are always out of a lot of products. It makes me sad but I still like going because 9 times out of 10 I still find most of what I need!

While I'm not heavily into makeup (I'm into a more natural look, myself), I do frequent Sephora whenever I need to re-up. And let me tell you: out of the dozens of locations I've been to, this was -- without a doubt -- the best one. Not only was the staff friendly, they helped me pick out the best products for the look I wanted and saved me from continuing to purchase the same, wrong products I had been using. Perhaps as importantly, this store is pristine. It's gorgeous and clean and organized and stocked, and I will be forever sticking to this location for my beauty needs.

I've wanted a Sephora location in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area for so long because I didn't want to have to go to Portland or Washington Square Mall to shop in-store so I'm really happy about this location! It's at the Streets of Tanasbourne shopping area so parking is super easy. It's usually not crowded at this location so the employees are readily available to help you pick or find products. Everyone that I've interacted with has been super nice and helpful. The only downside is that it's a small store so they don't carry as many products as other stores. I usually buy my products online, but it's nice to have this store nearby to sample products before purchasing something new.

Great customer service at this Sephora location. The employees are very nice and friendly, and eager to help out every time I come in. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it seems the product selection is smaller than other stores. I was looking for a specific Tarte concealer, but they didn't have it despite carrying Tarte products, so I just went down the road to Ulta (who's customer service is less than spectacular). This sephora offers a wide variety of skincare products, but I mostly shop in store for makeup and hair care items.

I was amazed at how many product lines this branch carries. It was quite impressive. I do wish there was a easier way to understand the layout of the store because all the different brands and mini sections makes shopping here very overwhelming! However that is my only concern. The employees were available to answer any questions I had and also was sure to check in on me multiple times to make sure I was finding whatever i was looking for. I'll def be back....pretty sure this will be my new favorite Sephora branch! Thank you everyone whom works here, great job!

Yes, it could have been better. When I went to pay there was no one behind me and I had questions about an email offer. The employee was in a rush and I did not understand everything that she told me since it was obvious I was making her say more than what they say to every customer when they are going to pay. She also spoke super fast, For some reason, another employee came to take her transaction so I went ahead and I asked again and she answered the question and also told me " The same thing she told you." Ridiculous!!! If you treat the customer nicely, with patience, and with respect, they will come back. These two need a refresher course in basic customer skills. Two stars because the sales associate closer to the door helped us in detail with our options as what we wanted without being in a rush.
