Today I had an express pick up at the Verizon Tanasborne. When we arrived at the store, I talked with a Verizon front desk representative named Nate and I told him I have an express pick up. He found my order in the list but he told me that he will put me in a line because there are 8 people in front of me. Nate told me that they will call me when it is my turn and it may take 45 minutes to one hour. Disappointingly, after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes with no communication, I returned store and learned from his colleague that Nate didn’t place us in the line. His colleague clarified that express pickups don’t require waiting in line. It’s frustrating that Nate’s miscommunication led to wasted my time and very poor service during our express pickup.

Employees were nice, but we waited for an hour just to be told "we can't do that here, you have to call this number". The guy at the front could have told us that, but they made us wait for 40 minutes more than they estimated just to turn us away.

Im very angry with what's goin on inside this store. Someone was able to go into this store and open an account with my grandmothers name, phone number and Verizon account yesterday. The purchase was processed by "Verizon Specialist Kayla" the receipt shows. Be aware as they obviously have some sort of fraud going on within the store. No one should be able to purchase a new phone using another persons account and phone number without proper verification and identification.

There was a lady working that was the best ever. I went in because I was having an issue with my car place, and she told me I needed an oem standard samsung cord and needed to be the 3 foot cord. I was going to buy one and they didn't have any for sale. So she ended up just giving me one from their own stash. Thank you so much for the perfect customer service!!!

Johnny saved the day! My phone stopped working and I didn't know what I'd done wrong. I drove to my neighborhood store and Johnny greeted me at the door. As soon as I explained the issue I was having he immediately knew the remedy. After a few swipes and taps he had fixed the problem! I had inadvertently turned on something in the settings/accessibility. Thank you for helping me and being so kind.

Outstanding customer service feom the moment we walked in. A blonde lady checked us in. Very professional and friendly. The gentleman who took care of us was very knowledgeable. If you are considering switching phone companies or are an existing Verizon customer, come to the Tanasbourne store for your needs. I received excellent service two days in a row from different associates but Jonny in particular was very helpful both days, answered all of my questions, and helped me learn more about my plan and phone. Thanks Jonny. Shopping experiences like these motivate long time customers. It’s greatly appreciated.

I came to return something and they were out of the packaging labels and the old lady that works here brushed off the issue like it's not their problem. Why work here if you aren't willing to help your clients over something as simple as a label. Something you very easily could just print out or give me another option instead of just shrugging you shoulders and brushing it off. Very poor customer service all around.

Just did the text messages back and forth back and forth with four different employees just to find out I couldn't get anything so thanks for wasting my time by transfer me over and over and over I think I'm going to switch to somewhere else. Here's another little tidbit they messaged ME back And then when I asked for a few phone because the phone I just paid $180 for bricked on me that was yesterday and I can'use it I have no more money to put into a cell phone or service they cut the connection connection lost or unavailable it said I will post a screenshots right now Great job Verizon
