“Highly recommend! Great service replacing windshield for our 22 Yukon. While replacing the windshield they noticed damage to our dash. They were kind enough to mention it and order us a new part for replacement. They were always in touch with us letting us know the status of the new part and kept us informed of its possible arrival. (Part shortages and supply chain issues make it a difficult business) however the brand new part arrived, they were able to get us on the schedule quickly and the part replaced by mid day. The team was also great and were able to install some new black emblems we had ordered to enhance the appearance of the vehicle.- Overall amazing customer service, amazing attention to detail, the follow up and communication is so important in today’s world, and they definitely hit the mark! We will be using them for any future auto body or windshield repairs.- Thanks again Bloom team, service was excellent!!”
