I had to get more work done my car again. The gentlemen at Taylor Automotive had the problem diagnosed in two seconds. They made quick work of a big job and the pricing is very reasonable! So thankful for these guys!!”

Speaking of roads, we blew a tire on the highway a couple of summers ago (in our work box van). Gill's came out replaced the tire with a new one & as we told him we needed to replace a couple of other tires, offered to order what we need & have them in the shop soon. He stated he'd take payment of the tire he brought to bail us that day, when we went to his shop to buy the other tires as well. No body lends that TRUST anymore. Gill's did & we appreciate that kind of business.

“I brought my Subaru Forester to GreenTree Automotive in Hood River for its 60,000-mile service, the big one, full fluid change, spark plugs and all, and honestly couldn't be happier. From the very first phone call they were completely transparent about pricing and exactly what the Subaru 60k service included. No upselling, no surprises, just a straight answer about what was necessary and what wasn't.
The whole process was easy. Drop-off was flexible around my schedule, they have an after-hours drop box, and they even offered me a loaner car if I wanted to leave it for the day. They kept me updated throughout the service, including letting me know I needed rear brake work, which they completed at a very reasonable price. Everything was finished in a single business day.
The Forester drove noticeably better afterward, with smoother acceleration and braking.
For context on value: The Dalles Subaru quoted me between $1,658 and $2,442 for the same 60k-mile service, and that quote didn't even include the rear brakes. GreenTree came in well under the bottom of that range and included the brake job. Same maintenance, dramatically better value. They also use genuine OEM parts across the board.
On top of all that, everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly. They offered me a drink the moment I walked in and were just good, honest people to work with.
If you're looking for an honest Subaru mechanic or auto repair shop in Hood River, I can't recommend GreenTree Automotive enough. I'll definitely be back.”
