It would be nice for the branch to be open till noon on Saturdays like it was when it was Columbia Bank.

One checker and a buss full of people. Also the atm isn’t working. Horrible customer service.

Everything was awesome before Umpqua took over. Now, I've been having non-stop problems with my bank account, the ATM, and the mobile app. I even had problems just trying to go in to talk to them about my personal info getting stolen from them. I want my old bank back :(
