As complete beginners, we had a ton of questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed, even though we walked in only about 30 minutes before closing. He took the time to walk us through every piece of equipment we needed and showed us exactly how to put everything together, which made a huge difference.
