“If you’re looking for gear or advice in Hood River, Doug’s should be your first stop. Cody, the owner, went above and beyond helping us get started with wing foiling. As complete beginners, we had a ton of questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed, even though we walked in only about 30 minutes before closing. He took the time to walk us through every piece of equipment we needed and showed us exactly how to put everything together, which made a huge difference.
What really stands out is that every time I’ve been in the shop, the staff has been just as helpful, answering questions about all kinds of outdoor sports, not just wing foiling. You can tell they genuinely want people to get outside and enjoy their adventures safely and with the right gear.

“I just had the best customer service experience EVER! I was looking for two specific items for my daughter for an upcoming river trip. Not only did I find these with a 20% discount from other very reputable companies, I also mistakenly ordered twice but with two different chair colors and two different shopping addresses. It took the customer service agent no more than 5 minutes to rectify my error, cancel one order and get my daughter the chair color I wanted her to have. Long-winded yes, but I couldn't help myself.
