“Had a pair of Joseph Siebel shoes that I love! When they got warm after wearing a bit, the right one had a squeak. Drove me nuts. I had them for over a year and they still looked new. I wore them to the store, so the manager could hear the squeak. She said some of that style did have that issue. She allowed me to pick out a new pair with a small fee for the price difference. What great service! I will go back in the future and I love the discount for my birthday month. Their shoes are pricey, but last due to the high quality.”
