Esa was very helpful fixing my phones. Had a lot of virus and I couldn't use it for the whole day, but the manager at cricket store fixed it for me without deleting all my pictures and contacts. 10/10 recommend this store.

If you want to untangle yourself from the tentacles of verizon and you dont know who where or what to trust. Bring your laptop into the store like I did today so Omar can help you. Verizon is a snake pit. Stop calling verizon and just come here and get yourself out of all the bs verizon contracts. Pre paid is the new way to go! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 today was liberating. Yes, verizon is going to do what they do best and apply every possible fee, attemp to gate keep your phone numbers and transfer pins. LIBERATE YOURSELF!!!! RUN AWAY! RUUUN 🤣🤣

Zero stars if possible!! Worst customer service. I didn't need to be hung up on when calling and trying to explain my situation. I've been with cricket for a long time and they have gone down in customer service in their stores and when you call their customer service line. This store can never keep or hire good people and its a shame.

Switched to Cricket service from Verizon a few days ago. (Also, was purchasing a new phone at the same time.) I felt intimidated by the process at first. The sales rep at the Independence store made the transition and experience very smooth. Answering all manner of questions that gave a very reassuring feel. It is nice to know that service and assistance are always close at hand. I feel it was a very good deal. Well done and thank you.

I give the Independence Oregon Cricket store one star.This store is very poorly ran. It really should be closed! I have been there several times during their posted hours to find no one there. This is very frustrating for me as a customer. The website says they are currently open, but I called to be sure, and no one answered. Instead I got a message that said "No mail box has been set up for this number". I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I will be taking my business to Salem from now on.
