“I had a passport appointment today at 12:30 . Got there like almost an hour early because of the snow ! Better safe then sorry. I was in the car with my husband reading the reviews of this place and honestly I was freaking out . I was not looking forward to getting off after reading the reviews. We got off half an hour earlier and there was two ladies working. They were the most helpful ,wonderful ladies ! While we were waiting one of the ladies asked us if she can print out our stuff while we wait our turn. I'm happy I got a good experience!”
“Have not been disappointed with Fast Signs! They live up to their name time and time again all while providing great quality and service. Also Brad is wonderful to work with and ensures that SEDCOR is taken care of in all our printing needs. Thank you!”
“The Friends of Monmouth Senior Center had a Spring Tea this month. It would not have been as big a success without Fee Mail Depot. We rented beautiful tablecloths and silverware at a great price and they donated 110 cup heated pots with pour spouts for our tea. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you Fee Mail Depot!”
“Every time I come here the employees are super helpful and go above and beyond to help. Particularly there was a super kind younger girl working (she had the cool glasses with the skeletons attached to them). She helped me package a super tricky item and get it shipped out ASAP. Without me asking for her help, she came around the counter and helped me cut up a box and package a heavy item that needed to go out today.
Super thankful for her!”
“After realizing last minute my home printer was not up for the job I called Quick Ship N Print. Seth answered the phone and was so polite and helpful with my quick turn around request. Thank you! I highly recommend this business.”
“Sometime last year I took four violins into Hometown Postal to be shipped to The Last Repair Shop, a part of the LA School District. Not only did they properly package and ship these instruments for me, but they also gave me discount because they were a donation to a nonprofit. Of course, I was pleased.
Today I went into the shop to return a printer I purchased that did not suit my needs. While waiting for the clerk to be available, I noticed all the religious items with so many thoughtful expressions of hope and faith. (Certainly needed in these difficult times.) I had not really noticed them when I took the violins for shipment. Now I understand why this shop is so valuable to our community. The owners are people of faith and service. They serve with a smile and appreciation for you.
Time to smile back and say, “Thank you!””
“Beautiful. Great size. Packaging materials free of charge and all size of USPS boxes and envelopes.
Neat little place for browsing all different things.
I would travel from NE Salem anytime to come here.”
“Best UPS location in Salem! The customer service is top notch, the employees personable, relatable, always helpful, kind, and SMILING!!! I would give this UPS Store 10+ stars!!”
“Haylee M. went above and beyond to help me with a print project this afternoon, that meant a lot to me! I appreciate her attention to detail, being very happy to help me, and being extremely professional. She is clearly very customer service focused. The project I asked of her, was last minute and at the very end of the business day, yet she didn't flinch. I left it up to her and she encouraged me to get it done. Thank you Haylee, I really appreciate your time. You will get my business next time for sure! Everything came out perfect!!”
“Like many small towns, this is a small Post Office but has everything you need. The staff are friendly & helpful. During the Holidays they get crushed with so much extra, especially since they’re having to deliver for Amazon crap as well. I appreciate this free service we all rely so heavily upon. I’m thankful to still have them.”
“Town and Country hardware True Value is a UPS Access point. They cannot scan QR codes, take Comcast or Charter equipment, and they don't package items for you. They can generate shipping labels for something that you are paying to ship or take your UPS packages with prepaid shipping labels already attached. If you are unable to print the label yourself you can sometimes email it to them and they will print it for you but it must be the barcode label not the QR code. Only a proper UPS store (South Salem or Corvallis) can scan the QR codes.”
