I reached out to this business late on a Friday night for notary services after I had a scheduled appointment at a UPS store and the notary left before the appointment. I called Linda at Other Mail and she said she would wait for us to get there so we could have our document notarized. Her accommodating us late on a slow Friday night showed that she values her customers!”

“The workers here are super nice, professional and care about the service given to our society.
Sadly, most of the time I only see 1-2 employees and they are usually the same ones as well. I’m glad they’re getting their hours and I am so pleased with how they work… despite that… I’m not okay with the pressure being put on these workers.
This location gets a lot of packages and sometimes the line is so long and we all got multiple packages.
Sometimes the system is not working for them, my last straw is when the self scan machine is not working lol and it’s their only machine!!!
I just want better treatment or payment for these workers. They really are amazing. (This is coming from someone that comes here to drop off packages very often and years w it)”
“My package was delivered to the wrong address and I called this location for assistance. They answered the phone right away. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and helpful and they were able to track down my package and he had the mail man bring it to me within 30 minutes. He also gave me a call back to let me know. “I had some trouble trying to locate my package I contacted corporate and quickly received a call from Nate. He informed me it hadn't arrived at his location yet. He also offered some suggestions for the next place to look. 2 days after my original call I received another phone call from Nate he made me aware it was out for delivery that day! The follow-up call was way above and beyond what I expected. Very thankful for the assistance throughout the process and attention to detail!!!”
