“I went in 5 minutes before closing! I know, I try to not be that person! But I needed a key made! They were so helpful, the machine was even giving error codes and the guy wasn’t frustrated at me, he was even making jokes! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I think his name was Mike and he was great!! Great staff!”

“Great experience with the one member of the staff. She worked in the clothing area and helped my dad find a new straw hat for the Elgin Stampede. It sounds easier than it was I’m sure given my dad thinks he’s funnier than he is. She was patient, kind and overly accommodating with him…….which he needs! :).”
