From there I had the pleasure of working with Britney through the purchase and delivery. Britney is a dynamo and handles each aspect of her job as if she is the owner. Covid established the new standard of ”bare minimum “. My experience was so refreshing. The boat is unbelievable. The customer service and overall experience is even more unbelievable.”

“I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!”

“I was so impressed by the customer service that Duane provided to me.
I called for a serpentine belt and he had one. I tried to pay for it over the phone since I live in Central Point.
They don't take payments over the phone, and he let my coworker pick up the belt and asked me to come in and pay for it once my truck was fixed, which I did.
The store was clean and well stocked. Thank you Duane.”

“I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround!
The quality of their work is outstanding. The mirror and sensors were repaired perfectly, the dents and scratches on the door are completely gone, and my truck looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do.

“We got a flat tire due to a branch, we’re trying to get an inflation liquid to slow down leakage. The staff at autozone helped us a lot, he went beyond job description. The original bottle probably got manufacture defects that could pump liquid in the tire, he even helped us get another one. Thank you so much for his help.”
“They are honest and fair on the work they do and what they charge. They are across from the Medford airport. Bought a used truck and took it in for a check and maintenance before the weather changes. I knew there were issues with the truck when l bought it but they were very fair on what they did and charged. I take my other vehicles there and have for years.”
“I’m really not a car person whatsoever and if I have a vehicle issue I just have someone else fix it, so I’ve only ever been to an O’Reilly’s twice. The first time was years ago at a Medford location and the employee helped me pick the right windshield wipers for my car then came out and installed them for me in a few minutes. Yesterday I had a car emergency that happened to be right next to this Central Point O’Reilly’s. Adam completely saved the day and was super kind, which is equally important to me. Really great that this business makes the effort to hire knowledgeable and nice employees.”
